Earthquake Reference Collection

Staff at the CGS assembled an Earthquake Reference Collection that brings together in one place more than 500 references that pertain broadly to seismicity, structural geology, faulting, and tectonics across the state of Colorado. Many of these references are difficult if not impossible to locate in most libraries.

To access the collection you will need to go to and create a user account. Once you have done this, email us the user name you created, and we will share with you the contents of the ERC library through the Zotero sharing function. Zotero is an open-source platform for authors, academics, students, and the general public to create and share bibliographic collections. The CGS has no relationship with Zotero except as a user of the platform.
