The bibliography includes important and accessible library references on mineral resources in Colorado counties. These are intended for use by city, county, and regional planning commissions in H.B. 1041 studies relating to the identification of mineral resource areas. The compilation includes a list of general statewide references followed by lists arranged alphabetically by county for central and western Colorado. Because few reports are available for the eastern counties, they are listed according to their respective planning regions (1, 5, and 6).
