Telephone help and email queries are addressed M-F 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Orders are filled Monday through Friday, with the exception of regular state and federal holidays.

Return/Refund Policy

Because we have shifted all remaining physical sales to our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) storefront New Window IconDecorative icon to indicate a new browser window (opens in a new window), FBA refund/return policies New Window IconDecorative icon to indicate a new browser window (opens in a new window) are in effect for any purchases.

The following refund policies in place previous to October 01, 2022 are no longer in effect:

Regular Refund Policies:

  • Six (6) month limit on all returns
  • To be accepted for returns, items must be in new /unused condition and undamaged
  • No returns / refunds for digital products (identified by SKUs ending in “D”)
  • No restocking fees, full refunds honored for unused items

Additional provisions for orders over $100 total:

  • Bookstores and resellers must request a Return Authorization first
  • No time limit on returns
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders over $100 (excluding tax and shipping)
